Bring your troubled computer into our office and receive a FREE in-shop problem diagnosis.  This will determine the nature of the issues your computer is experiencing before billable work is performed on your machine.  An on-site computer problem diagnosis is $45 for a half-hour evaluation, waiving our minimum one hour on-site charge.
